With the New Year approaching, it’s never too late for a final troll. The Washington Capitals made the most of their last win of 2024, poking fun at the Boston Bruins.
The Capitals defeated the Bruins 3-1 on Tuesday behind center Aliaksei Protas‘ 15th and 16th goals of the season. Washington is the fourth team this season with three 15-goal scorers, according to ESPN Research. Alex Ovechkin and Connor McMichael are the others.
After their victory, the Capitals wished the opposing fans a safe return home, but each vehicle had its own theme.
