Bridget Forrester
Account Executive
Bridget Forrester has been a part of WCLE for 18 years!
She found her niche for production media during her high school career at Bradley Central, where she anchored on the school’s morning show, ‘WBHS.’ Bridget attended Middle Tennessee State University, where she earned her degree in Mass Communications with an emphasis in radio & tv. During her collegiate career, she worked at a production company, ‘Tri-Vision Productions,’ where she edited television commercials.
Bridget began her time at WCLE in August of 2006 as traffic reporter. Within a year, Bridget transitioned to a full-time position, co-hosting 'Mix Mornings' on Mix 104.1 as well as working as an Account Executive.
Bridget and her husband, Brandon, reside in Cleveland and have two children, Olivia and Owen, as well as an English Bulldog, Lola.

Ashley Flowers
Account Executive
Ashley Flowers is an Account Executive and Event Coordinator, and has been a part of WCLE for 18 years!
She attended Soddy-Daisy High School and Chattanooga State Community College. Her experience in the studio hailed back to working in sales at Chattanooga Clear Channel Radio. Ashley joined the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce, where she spent 15 years as an ambassador. It was through the Chamber that she was able to connect with WCLE and join the team.
Ashley and her husband, Justin, share five boys between them: Hunter, Logan, Jasper, Memphis, and Easton.

Jim Gumm
Account Executive
Jim Gumm joined the WCLE team in June of 2025 as an Account Executive & Co-Host of "The Drive" on ESPN Cleveland 101.3!
Jim graduated from Bradley Central High School in 1979, then went on to attend Chattanooga College.
Jim has a long history of talking sports in the greater Chattanooga area. He hosted "Sports Forum" on the very first all sports radio station in Chattanooga (WJOC) in 1992. From there he moved the show to WGOW-FM Talk Radio 102.3 where he also was a regular fill-in on "SportTalk." Jim hosted "Super Sports Saturday" for several years as well on WGOW. For three years, Jim also hosted "In the Zone with Jim Gumm" on ESPN-Chattanooga.
