Cleveland middle schooler qualifies for 2025 AAU Junior Olympics

A Bradley County middle schooler is Junior Olympics bound!
Lakelynne Gates from Lake Forest Middle School has qualified for the 2025 AAU Junior Olympics in three Track & Field categories.
In the regional final in Knoxville, Gates placed:

• 1st in high jump
• 1st in 200m hurdles
• 2nd in 100m hurdles

She will bring her talent to Houston, TX, later this month for the AAU Junior Olympics.
