New Tennessee Athletics, Vol Network Programming Launches This Fall

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – An exciting new era of Tennessee Athletics and Vol Network programming launches across multiple platforms this fall, giving Volunteer fans a full menu of free content options five days a week throughout the 2025-26 athletic year.
New "Voice of the Vols" Mike Keith returns to Rocky Top to spearhead Vol Network programming. Keith spent the last 26 years in the NFL as the "Voice of the Tennessee Titans." Along with being named Tennessee's Sportscaster of the Year 12 times and earning over 20 Associated Press awards, he is a member of five Halls of Fame.
"The overriding idea is to give Tennessee fans more content across more platforms and to make it easier to access," said Keith. "The Vol Network and VFL Films, along with media partners like Cumulus Media and Gray Television, have worked together over the past seven months to make it happen. It has been exciting to work on this project for all of us, and this is only the first step in what will be a continuing process."
Multiple shows will originate from a new studio space inside the Neyland-Thompson Sports Complex. This complements the existing expansive Ray and Lucy Hand Digital Studios and a podcast studio that was constructed in the building over a year ago, giving Tennessee Athletics a full array of state-of-the-art production spaces.
"We are fully invested in providing Vol Nation with a robust selection of engaging programming for all ages throughout the entire year," said Alicia Longworth, Tennessee Deputy Athletics Director/Chief Marketing Officer. "We understand that people consume content at different times of the day based on their schedules. Having live shows, along with on-demand content, is critical in this era. We are excited to share the amazing stories of Tennessee coaches and student-athletes across all of these platforms."
