Golf – PGA Championship:

Scottie Scheffler captured his first PGA Championship title and third career major, finishing five strokes ahead of runner-up Bryson DeChambeau in a commanding performance.

College Softball:

The No. 7 Tennessee Lady Vols softball team punched their ticket to the NCAA Super Regional with a 5-0 shutout of Ohio State on Sunday.

High School Softball:

The Walker Valley Lady Mustangs are heading back to the state tournament for the second straight year after a thrilling 1-0, 8-inning victory over Oakland on Friday. Freshman Vanessa Byers delivered the clutch walk-off hit with two outs to seal the win.

High School Baseball:

Bradley and Cleveland baseball teams saw their seasons come to an end over the weekend, both being eliminated in the sectional round on Friday and Saturday.

NASCAR:

Christopher Bell took the checkered flag at the NASCAR All-Star Race, adding another win to his growing résumé.
